Tips to prepare your interviews at INERCO

Personal interviews are one of the key elements of our selection process. Here are some tips to overcome them successfully:

Before the interview:

  • Take time to get to know INERCO (our culture, values, activities, services…). It will help you to have a global vision of INERCO and to know what you can contribute to us.
  • Be prepared to explain that you are interested in the position you are applying for and the team with which you will meet.
  • Give detailed answers to the questions that are asked. We know that it is difficult to determine where the line is between too much information and not enough.
  • Ask again if you need clarification on the answer.
  • Know your own CV. Think about the facts that may be interesting to your interviewer and which ones can pique their interest. It will help you get an idea about your strengths and weaknesses.

The day of the interview:

  • Location: Detailed instructions will be sent to you by email.
  • Resume: Interviewers will have a copy of your resume, but you can bring your own.
  • Duration: Each interview lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
  • Interviewers: Depending on the position you are applying for, you will be interviewed by a number of people. All interviewers will assess the growth potential you have beyond the position for which you aspire and will focus on assessing how your career and skills match the required core competencies.
  • What to expect: Interviews will combine questions and conversations about your past experiences and the challenges you have faced. Be prepared to provide detailed examples.
  • Questions: We want to meet you, but surely you also want to know more about us. Share with us any doubts that may arise during the interview.
